Franke Foodservice Systems formed its Managed Solutions operating unit which will assume the role currently played by Facility Solutions, LLC. Franke acquired FSI, a Detroit-area project management and consulting firm serving national restaurant and retail chains, in December of 2017.
Franke Managed Solutions will handle all aspects of nationwide rollouts, from in-store surveys and site preparation to execution timelines, client approvals and full management of contractors, vendors and logistics providers.
The company will integrate FSI and key staff members with Franke’s own program management team as the business builds upon its long-time business of supporting large-scale equipment and facility improvement programs for global restaurant brands.
Phil Briskin, vice president and general manager, has led FSI. As a result of this transition, Briskin will now head business development for the new Managed Solutions group.
