Taco John’s Spices Up Culinary Team

Taco John’s introduced Brad Bergaus as the restaurant chain’s corporate chef.

Bergaus brings 11 years of experience as a research and development chef to Taco John’s. He most recently served as manager of culinary product innovation for Inspire Brands/Buffalo Wild Wings.

In his new role Bergaus becomes responsible for menu item development. Based in Taco John’s Minneapolis corporate office, Bergaus will support other departments in menu-related projects designed to improve the guest experience and specific business needs, per a company release.
