Foodservice consulting firm Ruck-Shockey Associates appointed Michael Salvatore to serve as senior director, consulting and customer engagement.
As part of his new role with RSA, Salvatore will engage in business development efforts, including participating with industry associations, and share his experience and expertise with the firm’s existing clients.
A certified executive chef, Salvatore previously worked with RSA as a subcontractor, helping hospitals transition from managed to self-operated foodservice. His background also includes serving as director of culinary resources and marketing for Sysco and Restaurant Management. Salvatore also previously owned Bacchus Hospitality Group. In addition to joining RSA, he will maintain several of his management and foodservice clients.
