Looking to continue to heighten food quality and the overall guest experience, Casey’s General Stores hired a veteran of the chain restaurant industry to serve as vice president, foodservice.
In her new role, Michelle Wickham will continue advancing the incorporation of a restaurant mindset for menu, quality, consistency and innovation.
Wickham comes to Casey’s by way of Red Robin, where she served as a vice president for the burger chain. Her background also includes working with such chains as Qdoba Mexican Eats, the Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Seattle’s Best, and Yum! Brands.
Casey’s prepared foodservice business generates $1.1 billion in annual revenues and spans 16 states, per a company release.
