In a move aimed to spark restaurant growth both in the U.S. and internationally, Papa John’s International added a Taco Bell and Proctor & Gamble veteran to its development team.
Amanda Clark now serves as chief development officer for the Louisville-based pizza chain. Clark will oversee franchise development and sales, building design and new concepts, and the programs and personnel that provide ongoing facilities support to existing restaurants.
Clark most recently served as executive vice president of restaurant experience for Taco Bell. This role touched on design, consumer-facing technology, merchandising, customer marketing, new concepts and company development. Clark also served in other leadership roles during her nearly seven years at Taco Bell. Prior to joining Taco Bell, Clark spent nearly 12 years at Procter and Gamble, working on such consumer products as Pampers and Oral-B.
