In a move aimed to inspire growth and support existing field personnel, Matt Bridgeman joined Clark Service Group as the company’s first corporate trainer.
In his new position, Bridgeman will look to develop relationships with technical school staff, students, and parents with the goal of providing the Lancaster, Pa.-based service agent with a steady supply of talent. He will also design an onboarding, training, and development plan for all field employees in the company’s workforce.
This year marks 15 years of service in the trades for Bridgeman, who most recently was employed at Fisher and Paykel Appliances.
