Dinex Group Readies for Growth with New CEO on Board

In a move aimed to spark growth, The Dinex Group tapped Sebastien Silvestri to serve as its first-ever chief executive officer. The Dinex Group will charge Silverstri with defining the next era for the multiconcept operator, including expanding its portfolio via acquisition, per a company release.

In this role he served as chief operating officer, overseeing all the food and beverage operations for venues across the company’s global portfolio of food and beverage operations. Prior to joining sbe, Silvestri was vice president of food and beverage at The Venetian and The Palazzo Casino Hotel and Resort in Las Vegas. It was there that Silverstri met and worked with such world-renowned chefs as Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck, Charlie Trotter, Emeril Lagasse and Daniel Boulud.
