Boelter, a Wisconsin-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer, tapped Manny Alvarez to serve as director of national contract sales.
A foodservice industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience on the dealer side, Alvarez will work in Boelter’s Southeast division. In his new role, Alvarez becomes responsible for Boelter’s overall nationwide bidding and contracting efforts.
