Rippe Associates Updates Its Roster

Rippe Associates hired two new associates and announced a transition for one of the firm’s principals.

The Minneapolis-based foodservice consulting firm plans to transition Terry Pellegrino, a 34-year company veteran, to the role of design principal. Rippe Associates also hired Eric Goodrich and Marcy Salisbury to serve as operations project managers.

In her new role, Pellegrino will focus on the programming and schematic design phases of projects. As those progress into and beyond the schematic design phase, Pellegrino’s team will continue to manage the remainder of the project. Starting in 2020, Pellegrino plans to work reduced hours and spend more time with her family, per a release announcing this transition.

Goodrich’s background includes foodservice operations experience while Salisbury’s background includes project management experience.
