In a move that adds to its growing design-build capabilities, Edward Don & Company has purchased Shervan Colonel Equipment Corp., a Las Vegas-based company that designs commercial kitchens. Shervan Colonel Equipment will operate as a division of Edward Don & Company and remain under the leadership of Drew Shervan.

Shervan Colonel Equipment’s client roster includes high-volume restaurants, casinos and resort properties.

This deal represents Edward Don & Company’s second in the past two months. In May Edward Don & Company bought Myers Restaurant Supply.
