Foodservice industry veteran Wayne Froehlich was hired to fill the newly created position of general manager of Automatic Bar Controls, a division of Middleby. In his role Froehlich will oversee the Automatic Bar Control beverage brands of Wunder-Bar, JoeTap, Starline, and Bloomfield.

Wayne FroehlichMost recently Froehlich served as vice president/general manager for Guardian Equipment, a manufacturer of emergency eye wash and showers for the industrial chemical industry. Prior to that he was with Prince Castle LLC.

The news comes a few weeks after American Bar Control’s Wunder-Bar brand acquired Starline Bubblers.
