CFS Brands has acquired Wisconsin-based Piper Products.

Based in Wausau, Wis., Piper Products manufactures aluminum and stainless steel food transport equipment, cafeteria and buffet serving systems, hot and cold food merchandisers, vegetable slicers and an array of support equipment. Over the years, Piper also acquired a variety of companies, such as SECO Products, Servolift, Chef System, R&D Fixtures and LaCrosse Cooler.

Piper Products will remain a standalone entity within CFS Brands, per a release announcing the deal. For the foreseeable future, both customers and suppliers will continue to interact with Piper Products, Carlisle and Dinex as they have in the past.

CFS Brands is the parent company of a variety of foodservice equipment manufacturers including Carlisle FoodService Products, San Jamar, Dinex, Sparta Brush, Marko and Snap Drape.
