Jeff Carcara was named president of Bonefish Grill, a casual-dining chain owned by multiconcept operator Bloomin’ Brands. He most recently served as the CEO of Del Frisco’s Emerging Brands.
Carcara’s 26-year hospitality career includes serving as the CEO of Barteca Restaurant Group and chief operating officer for Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group. He also held several leadership positions at Seasons 52.
