CraftWorks Holdings tapped chef Jason Brumm to serve as vice president of culinary for the multi-concept operator’s Brewery and Specialty restaurant division. In this position, Brumm becomes responsible for developing menus for Rock Bottom, Gordon Biersch, Chophouse, A1A, Big River, Bluewater Grill, Ragtime, Seven Bridges and Sing Sing.
Prior to joining CraftWorks Holdings, Brumm served in culinary leadership roles for Nashville-based, multi-concept hospitality groups A. Ray Hospitality and Strategic Hospitality.
