Electrolux Professional Products has acquired SPM Drink Systems, an Italian manufacturer of professional dispensers of frozen and hot beverages and soft ice-cream.

This represents Electrolux’s second beverage-related acquisition in as many years. In 2017, it purchased Grindmaster-Cecilware.

SPM had combined net sales of approximately  30 million euros in 2017, per a release announcing the deal. The company has 110 employees and its headquarters and main manufacturing facilities are based in Spilamberto, Modena, Italy.
