Oliver Packaging & Equipment Company has acquired the assets and designs of the Bloemhof Inc., a Kirkland, Quebec-based manufacturer of baking moulders and baggers.

For more than two years, Oliver served as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of Bloemhof’s bakery equipment product line worldwide. With this acquisition, the Bloemhof product line becomes solely owned by Oliver. Oliver will handle all sales and support for Bloemhof products, per a release announcing the transaction.
