T&S Brass and Bronze Works has acquired Klarco SRL, an Italian manufacturer of plumbing products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Klarco manufactures faucets, prerinse units and hose reels for the foodservice industry. The acquisition will not result in personnel changes, staff reductions or relocation of Klarco operations, per a release announcing the deal. Klarco will continue to operate independently from its headquarters in San Quirino in northern Italy. T&S will remain headquartered in South Carolina.
