BJ Beltram Inc. has acquired Louis Wohl and Sons, a 120-year-old Tampa, Fla.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer. Terms of the transaction were not provided.

Louis Wohl’s services include design/build capabilities, foodservice design and the distribution of foodservice equipment and supplies.

BJ Beltram was formed in May 2017 and consists of B&J Food Service Equipment, based in Kansas City, Kan., and Beltram Foodservice Group, based in Tampa, Fla. The company reported annual revenues of $70.26 million last year, making it the 26th largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer in the country, per FE&S’ 2018 Distribution Giants Study.
