In a deal with an estimated value of $560 million, private equity firm Rhône Capital will acquire Brazilian steakhouse chain Fogo de Chão. Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Fogo operates as a churrascaria, with a menu of fire-roasted meats prepared and served Brazilian style by gaucho chefs.
