Carlisle Companies Inc. will sell Carlisle FoodService Products to The Jordan Company of New York City for $750 million in cash. The deal is subject to certain adjustments and customary closing conditions. It is expected to close in the first quarter.
Carlisle FoodService Products reported more than $320 million of revenue for the 12-month period that ended Sept. 30, 2017, per a release announcing the deal.
The Jordan Company is a middle-market private equity firm that manages funds with original capital commitments in excess of $8 billion. The company’s other foodservice holdings include Heritage Food Service Group, a parts distributor.
