InSinkErator promoted Mike Klos to national sales manager, foodservice from sales manager, retail. He replaces Bob Thielen, who was promoted to director of sales – foodservice in September.
In his new role, Klos becomes responsible for the day to day business management of InSinkErator’s network of independent manufacturers’ reps and will take the lead on different trade shows and other industry related events. Additionally, Klos will work with foodservice equipment and supplies dealers through ongoing product training, technical applications assistance and installation support.
Prior to joining InSinkErator in 2014, Klos spent seven years working as a golf club professional on the north shore of Chicago.
Thielen joined InSinkErator in 2013 as sales manager, was promoted to regional manager in 2014, and then promoted to national sales manager in 2016. He replaced Mike Evenson as director of sales – foodservice, shortly after Evenson retired last summer.
In his role as director of sales – foodservice, Thielen focuses on leveraging partnerships with design consultants and designing dealers, collaborating InSinkErator’s network of independent manufacturers’ reps on strategic accounts and expanding international markets.
