Former Benihana CEO to lead the emerging Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar and Ida Claire concepts.
Multiconcept operator Front Burner Restaurant Group appointed restaurant industry veteran Steve Shlemon to serve as CEO for its Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar and Ida Claire chains. Shlemon comes to Front Burner after serving as CEO for Benihana, overseeing the company’s Benihana, RA Sushi and Haru concepts.
In his new role with Front Burner, Shlemon will lead operation strategy, menu innovation and marketing for Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar and Ida Claire.
