The Foodservice Consultants Society International – The Americas Division named the five foodservice consultants that will serve on its executive committee, beginning in 2018, and the eight foodservice professionals that were elected by the membership to serve as at-large trustees.
The following FCSI-The Americas Division members will serve on the organization’s executive committee:
- Chair: William Caruso, FCSI, WC & Partners
- Chair-Elect: Eric Norman, FCSI, Clevenger Associates
- Treasurer: Brent Hall, FCSI, Clevenger Associates
- Secretary: Christine Guyott, FCSI, RD, Rippe Associates
- Immediate Past Chair: James Camacho, FCSI, Camacho
The following individuals were newly elected to serve as at-large trustees for FCSI-The Americas Division: Scott Reitano, FCSI, Reitano Design Group; Joe Schumaker, FCSI, SCG FoodSpace and Steve Waltz, FCSI, Cini-Little International. In addition, Ken Schwartz, FCSI of SSA and Kristin Sedej, FCSI, of S2O were re-elected to the Board of Trustees. Patrick Watt, FCSI, A Day in Life Foodservice Development, was elected to serve as the Canadian trustee on the board and Marco Amatti, FCSI, MAPA Assessoria, was re-elected to serve as the trustee representing Latin America.
Finally, Rob Geile of Ali Group North America was elected to serve as the Allied Trustee, representing the allied partners that support FCSI-The Americas Division.
