In his new role as CEO of Disruptive Restaurant Group and the 26-unit Umami Burger, del Olmo becomes responsible for all of the multiconcept operator’s portfolio of 74 restaurants and 42 lounges, including The Bazaar, Katsuya, Cleo, Fi'lia, Hyde, Nightingale, Doheny Room, SKYBAR, and more.
del Olmo joins sbe from DineEquity International, where he was president. Prior to DineEquity, del Olmo held various executive roles at Wyndham Worldwide.
