Bojangles’ second new-concept location opens June 1 in Charlotte, N.C. The new design includes updated graphics, soft lighting and what the chain describes as a “sophisticated style.”
Most notably, the new design approach comes with “biscuit theater,” essentially a window where customers can watch as the culinary staff make fresh biscuits every 20 minutes.
Another equipment alteration that will enhance food display includes the change to colored crocks from steel warming trays.
Bojangles’ operates 728 system-wide restaurants, primarily in the Southeastern United States.While Bojangles’ positions itself as a chicken chain, breakfast, specifically biscuits, are a key contributor to its success.
