Food waste management firm LeanPath Inc. has added Chef Robb White, CEC, CCA, AAC, to its team. He will serve in the organization’s newly created post of food waste fighting chef.
In this role, White works directly with LeanPath client organizations, including their chefs, to help them identify opportunities for waste minimization. His focus includes operational efficiency, training skills, and culinary innovation.
White has more than 30 years of industry experience as an educator, corporate chef, private chef, and country club chef. Most recently, White was the regional executive chef for Eurest, managing the culinary operations for seven business and industry cafes and two full-service catering programs. Prior to that, Chef White served as the corporate culinary director for Sagora Senior Living.
