Restaurant industry veteran Monte Batson was named COO for On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina.
His background includes 25 years of restaurant industry experience, most recently as regional vice president of operations with Bloomin’ Brands. His resume also includes working with such restaurant chains as Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill and Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
A Mexican casual-dining brand, On The Border operates 154 restauarants.
