TriMark USA, a South Attleboro, Mass.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership, has acquired Adams-Burch, a foodservice equipment and supplies dealer headquartered in Landover, Md. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Adams-Burch will now go to market as TriMark Adams-Burch.
"This acquisition strengthens TriMark's position in the Mid-Atlantic by extending our reach into Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.," said Jerry Hyman, TriMark president and chief executive officer.
As part of the deal, 170 Adams-Burch employees will join TriMark. Adams-Burch CEO Dan Blaylock and President Kevin McClamroch will continue to serve in their current capacities, per a release announcing the deal.
