Los Angeles-based restaurant chain plans to implement a franchising initiative and launch a new Vietnamese-based concept.
Ric Gordon is the new chief operating officer for 9021Pho, a Vietnamese and French restaurant chain based in Los Angeles. Gordon will help the company develop the 9021Pho franchise model across the country while it continues to open new company owned restaurants in Denver, Los Angeles and Minnesota.
9021Pho operates five locations in the Los Angeles area. And in the Spring the company plans to roll out Broken Rice, a new restaurant concept with a Vietnamese-oriented restaurant.
Gordon comes to 9021Pho from LYFE Kitchen. His background also includes working with AMG Restaurants and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro.
