Software implementation will lead to a new region-based structure.
Foodservice equipment and supplies dealer TriMark USA will reorganize the company into four geography-oriented regions effective January 1, 2016. The company has named individual executive vice presidents to lead each region.
Kim Gill Rimsza, president of TriMark Gill Marketing, will become executive vice president for the company's western region that will include TriMark Economy Restaurant Fixtures, TriMark Federighi Design, TriMark Gill Marketing, TriMark Raygal, TriMark RobertClark and BigTray.
Joe Thibert, president of TriMark United East President, will become executive vice president of the eastern region, which will include TriMark Foodcraft, TriMark Gill Group and TriMark United East.
Marty Monnat, president of TriMark Strategic, will become executive vice president of the southern region, which will include TriMark Strategic (except for TriMark Strategic – MN) and ISI.
Tom Wienclaw, president of TriMark SS Kemp, will become executive vice president of the company's Midwest region, which will include TriMark Marlinn, TriMark SS Kemp and TriMark Strategic – MN.
According to a company release, TriMark USA plans to transition to this new organizational structure due to the implementation of a new company-wide enterprise resource planning software program. As a result, Mike Siegel, current president of TriMark Marlinn, has taken on the role of ERP business leader.
