John Inserrra will become president and chief operating officer of Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants later this fall.
Inserra's background includes working with such hospitality organizations as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group, and most recently as the chief operating officer of The ONE Group, which is the parent company for STK.
