Hoshizaki, ITW and Manitowoc achieve Energy Star Partner of the Year status.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) recognized a series of foodservice equipment manufacturers with its 2015 Energy Star Partner of the Year Award. Each of these companies were recognized for their commitment to saving energy and protecting the environment through energy efficiency achievements.
The foodservice equipment manufacturers named Energy Star Partner of the Year are Hoshizaki America, ITW Food Equipment Group and Manitowoc Foodservice.
Each of these companies earned recognition in the Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence category. According to Energy Star, “The Sustained Excellence winners continue to demonstrate remarkable leadership each year in the Energy Star program while remaining committed to environmental protection through superior energy efficiency.”
A total of 79 organizations earned recognition in the Sustained Excellence category. Overall, Energy Star’s Partner of the Year Award recognized 128 businesses and organizations in 33 states.
