Penn Jersey Paper Company has acquired Katcef Distributors, a distributor of foodservice supplies, equipment, disposables and janitorial products located in Annapolis, Md. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This marks PJP's fourth acquisition in the last eight years. PJP will continue to operate out of the Katcef Distribution center, and take over operations of the Katcef cash and carry storefront.
