Former manufacturers' rep takes on a new role as director of sales for the refrigeration equipment manufacturer.

Beverage-Air has promoted Erica Motes to director of sales from western region sales manager.

An 11-year veteran of the foodservice industry, Motes joined the Ali Group in 2009 and previously served as an outside sales rep for Lund-Iorio, a California-based independent manufacturers' rep firm.
In her new role as director of sales, Motes will work with Beverage-Air's networks of independent manufacturer representatives and dealers, while also growing prospective customer relationships, according to a company release.
