Washington-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership acquires Knapp Supply and Equipment.
Bargreen Ellingson has expanded into the Wyoming market through its acquisition of Knapp Supply and Equipment, a Casper, Wyo., foodservice equipment and supplies dealership that specializes in the distribution of janitorial supplies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"This acquisition allows us to focus on the Wyoming market, but more importantly the culture is a great fit," said David Ellingson, president of Bargreen Ellingson. "We are really excited to have the employees of Knapp Supply as part of our team."
Knapp Supply and Equipment will take on the Bargreen Ellingson name in the coming months and will continue to serve the Wyoming market with the same attention to detail and level of service customers have come to expect. This acquisition marks the 9th state and 22nd facility for Bargreen Ellingson.
Bargreen Ellingson reported $173.8 million in revenue for 2013, making it the 7 thlargest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer in the country, according to FE&S' 2014 Distribution Giants Study.
