Multi-line foodservice equipment manufacturer adds a maker of steam cooking equipment to its portfolio.
The Middleby Corporation has acquired Market Forge Industries, a manufacturer of steam cooking equipment for the foodservice industry. Market Forge has annual revenues of approximately $15 million, according to a Middleby release.
Market Forge's product line includes countertop steamers, kettles and braising pans.
