Darden veteran assumes post as chief operating officer, too.
Ruby Tuesday, Inc. named Todd Burrowes president of its casual dining chain that goes by the same name. Burrowes was also named chief operations officer for Ruby Tuesday.
A 25-year veteran of the foodservice industry, Burrowes comes to Ruby Tuesday from LongHorn Steakhouse, where he spent the past five years as executive vice president of operations.
Prior to his tenure with LongHorn Steakhouse, Burrowes' roles included regional director of operations for Corner Bakery Café and vice president of operations for Saltgrass Steak House.
