Gary Schwalb takes on new role.
Scotsman Ice Systems named Gary Schwalb its Western regional sales manager.
Schwalb is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and has 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry, including serving as chain and key account manager for Norm's Refrigeration and Ice Equipment. He has also served as a branch manager and a service manager at Scotsman of Los Angeles.
