Former Panda Restaurant Group and Taco Bell veteran assumes a new position with the quick-casual bagel-themed company. 

Multi-concept operator Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:BAGL) named Glenn Lunde chief concept officer.

Prior to joining Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, which operates a variety of fast-casual, bagel oriented concepts, Lunde served as senior vice president, chief guest officer for Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., which includes Panda Express, Panda Inn, and Hibachi-San. Previously, he served as senior vice president, chief marketing and chief concept officer for Round Table Pizza Inc, following eight years at Taco Bell.
