A Culinary Institute of America ProChef graduate, Bailey has worked as an executive chef for a number of restaurants — most recently Viceroy Hotel Group — and as a professional consultant for major hospitality companies.
AccessPoint Group also has offices in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C.
