Move to new headquarters will come before the year's end.
Freddy's, a restaurant chain specializing in burgers and frozen custard, announced a series of personnel moves to help support its franchise base.
Zach Woodburn was promoted to director of franchise support from senior franchise business coach. Woodburn's expanded responsibilities include providing guidance to new franchise groups early in their onboarding process and as they manage building, training and store opening schedules.
Sarah Selmon was promoted to director of communication and site analysis.
In addition, Freddy's has hired new franchise business coaches: Ali Kitchen, Erick Von Merveldt, and Jeff Schwab. In their new roles, they will lead new store openings and visit every store in the system at least three times per year.
Prior to the end of the year Freddy's plans to move its headquarters to 260 N. Rock Road in Wichita, Kan. The new site will feature a training area that will allow the Freddy's team to better train store managers on the chain's operating systems.
