Finding and cultivating next generations of professionals remains a challenge for all segments of the foodservice industry. An initiative put forth by the Foodservice Consultants Society International Educational Foundation, though, aims to change that – at least for foodservice consultants.

Despite a setback to hospitality during the pandemic, food halls continue to open and thrive across the country, proving that their popularity isn’t a passing trend. The success of food halls comes from curated menus, authentic brands, and dynamic environments. Corporate dining environments can pull numerous lessons from the success of food halls.

We have made it! It is with great pleasure that I can say foodservice industry gatherings are back!
