At The NAFEM Show 2025, Marra Forni showcased two groundbreaking ovens, each designed to enhance operational efficiency and adaptability while meeting the demands of modern kitchens. 

Electric Stackable Oven: Space-Saving and High-Volume Production 

The Electric Stackable Oven is engineered with efficiency, durability and modularity in mind. Perfect for high-volume cooking and baking, this oven features vertically integrated modular decks that minimize kitchen footprints. 

With the flexibility of four configurations, the oven can be stacked up to four decks high. Operators can choose a multi-deck setup on a shared chassis or independently stacked units to meet their specific needs.

These stone hearth ovens feature a large, illuminated cooking area designed to maximize cooking and baking capacity. Vents on each deck are manually controlled for humidity evacuation from the oven cavity as needed. Large full-width windowed doors are balanced by both counterweight and dual heavy-duty coil springs for maximum durability, high-volume use and cooking capacity.

Electric Rotator Oven (ELRT): Revolutionizing Efficiency and Consistency

The Electric Rotator Oven (ELRT), also unveiled at The NAFEM Show, is a freestanding model designed to streamline operations, enhance product consistency and reduce reliance on highly skilled staff.

The Electric Rotator features a bi-directional rotating Marra Stone® deck with programmable variable speeds, ensuring uniform cooking and baking results. Its flexible operation includes preset program options and manual speed adjustments ranging from 15 to 270 seconds per revolution, allowing for diverse cooking requirements.

Available in versatile sizes, including the ELRT110 and ELRT130 models, it accommodates varying production capacities. Both the countertop and freestanding ovens incorporate the proprietary Marra Stone® stone-hearth cooking surface as its heart. This innovative surface offers exceptional heat retention, maintaining temperatures up to 950 degrees F for consistent high-volume production and combines durability with porosity to ensure even cooking across a wide range of menu applications.

Equipped with MarraSmart® digital touchscreen controls, these ovens allow for individually adjustable upper and lower temperatures for precise thermal management. Additional advanced features include radiant infrared heaters for consistent deck and chamber temperatures, drop-down stainless-steel doors with recessed tempered glass windows for enhanced visibility and an integrated stainless-steel stand with four locking casters for added mobility and versatility.
