The Aerating Container uses a disc blade to create new textures in the kitchen and behind the bar with minimal splashing. This includes dense and pourable culinary foams, flavored whipped cream, mousse, infusions and emulsions. It is available in a 32-ounce size and has double-sealed bearings for strength and durability.
The InstaCut 5.1 can slice, dice, wedge and core a variety of products. With its clean, quick cuts, the manual operating system of the InstaCut 5.1 reduces bruising for a high-quality food presentation.
A Vegetable Preparation Machine accommodates bulky vegetables with a large hopper. A range of 42 discs can slice, ripple cut, and grate into sticks, strips or dices. Parts are removable for cleaning. The 425 rpm, single-speed machine processes delicate food with a direct drive motor.

The slicer includes a top-mounted Borazon stone sharpener. The gauge plate holds position for consistent, precision slicing. Four carriage speeds operate at 28, 38, 48 and 58 strokes per minute.
The KSBC1B2 Series Enclosure Blender includes a lift up sound enclosure for noise reduction while blending. It features a
3 HP motor, 60-ounce BPA-free jar and stainless-steel blade.
Waterproof and dust proof, the stainless steel portion control scale operates on batteries or electricity and features an easy-to-read, 1-inch LCD digital display. Weighing modes include pounds, ounces, kilograms or grams. It has a 10-pound, 15-ounce weight capacity, push-button zero tare, low battery indicator and auto shutoff feature.
The L-Series High Precision Scale measures in grams, ounces, grains, carats, pennyweights and troy ounces. Available in 125 g or 600 g capacity models, these scales measure in increments of 0.001 or 0.01 ounces respectively.
Immersion Blenders blend, mix, puree and emulsify. The hand-held blending sticks come in multiple sizes that detach easily and are dishwasher safe. The 7.5-foot power cord allows the blenders to move about the kitchen. Variable speeds offer flexibility.
