4-Hour Cleaning Timer for SG Slicers

Once the user makes the first slicewith this product, a countdown timer is initiated internally to track when required sanitation must occur. After the first slice, operatorsreceive notification 3½ hoursthat in 30 minutes,they must unplug, clean and sanitize their slicers. A similar alert occurs 15 minutes prior to the 4-hour mark. If the operator does not unplug, clean, sanitize and plug the slicer back in within the required time, the slicer powers off and cannot be restarted until the necessary steps are followed.
