Cleaning and Maintaining

• Clean the blast chiller’s condenser every 30 days, using nonmetal brushes to remove all dust and dirt from the condenser blades.
• Door gaskets should be kept clean by washing with water and wiping down with a dry cloth in order to provide a tight seal.
