The Boelter Companies, Inc. has acquired Premier Restaurant Equipment Company based in Minneapolis. Moving forward, Premier will operate as Boelter Premier under the leadership of Steve Trebisovsky, a longtime member of Boelter’s Minneapolis team.

Sam Tell and Son to Acquire Premium’s Assets
In a deal expected to close in July 2016, Sam Tell and Son, a New York-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer, agreed to acquire certain business assets of Premium Supply Co., another New York-based dealer. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Meunier Joins Tender Greens in Operations Role
Tender Greens, a self-described "fine-casual dining" chain with 22 locations, named Craig Meunier to the position of vice president of operations. In this new position, Meunier will oversee all current Tender Greens operations and support the strategic growth of the brand in California and beyond.
