TriMark Gill Group Promotes Anderson
Chris Anderson was promoted to regional vice president for the Western region for the TriMark Gill Group — a division of TriMark USA.
Restaurant Industry Sales Expected to Increase 3.8 Percent in 2015
While acknowledging this year’s operating environment will be a challenging one, the National Restaurant Association projects restaurant industry sales will total $709.2 billion in 2015, an increase of 3.8 percent over the previous year’s level of $683 billion. Adjusting for inflation, the National Restaurant Association projects sales will increase 1.5 percent in 2015. If this comes to fruition, it will mark the sixth consecutive year of real sales growth for the restaurant industry.
