Foodservice Equipment & Supplies named Brewability, an inclusive brewery and pizzeria, the winner of its 2023 Kitchen Storage Makeover contest.
Owner Tiffany Fixter opened the Englewood, Colo., concept in 2016 with an inclusivity goal to employ people with disabilities. A nonprofit arm additionally runs field trips for local schools and operates a food truck.
