Foodservice Equipment & Supplies named Richard Eisenbarth, FCSI, president emeritus for Cini•Little International, the recipient of the magazine’s 2021 Hall of Fame Award.
Eisenbarth’s time with Cini•Little began in 1977 and during the next four-plus decades with the Maryland-based foodservice consulting firm he held a wide range of senior leadership positions. In 2019 Eisenbarth was named Cini•Little CEO and served as president and COO until his retirement last fall. As part of a planned succession strategy, Kathleen Held took over as Cini•Little’s CEO in the spring of 2020. Eisenbarth, though, remains active with the Maryland-based foodservice consulting firm.
Over the course of his career Eisenbarth has designed food and beverage facilities for hotels and resorts, higher-education campuses, stadiums, arenas and convention centers, and corporate dining operations. In addition, Eisenbarth was generous with his time, serving two terms on the board of directors for the Foodservice Consultants Society International. He also has served as a judge for the National Restaurant Association’s Kitchen Innovation Awards for the past five years.
